FC is probably alot more millitant on how his opinion comes across, but the message is basically the same, what ever happens the club will still remain as long as we show our support.
I understand the point that people are trying to get across, hell i am upset with what has happened oin 2009, but induviduals who do not renew their memberships, while in themselves feeling satisfied, will not affect the club as an induvidual.
So the question is put out there, if there was a organised group that could be a voice of the fans would we have more of an effect in numbers?
you look at italian football, they have organised fan strikes to voice their dissatisfaction at what is going on at the club they love.......................trust me, the clubs listen, because for all the sponsorships they get, they don't want to play at empty stadiums.
Just an idea thown out there, not the strikes, but the organised fans voice.

Because ticketed members bring in the crowds, all memberships are important but ticketed ones bring in a lot more money. Not just because they cost more, but they guarantee a crowd, thus increase advertising dollars, merchandise at games, flow on effect by STHs bringing friends along to the game, etc.Originally posted by TheBigFella View Post

I get the shits because 5 years ago we were the benchmark for everything footy related on field, off field. Players wanted to be Roosters and opposition fans hated us because we were that dam good.
In 5 years we have gone from the benchmark to the class clown and the joke is on us. If your ok with that no problem but I like others are sick of it and the constant excuses and bullshit rhetoric that goes along with itComment
