I only rate manly and Souths as legitimate threats to the premiership and we have lost all 3 games. Whilst we have won most of our recent games, they have been against some very ordinary teams who we have failed to put away.

In all seriousness this is no excuse if true, I certainly don't like everyone that I work with but it doesn't affect my ability to perform my duties whilst on the job. These guys are supposed to be professionals.

Although the refs have trolled us to a roughly combined 10-26 penalty count in those games; we were able to overcome the blatant referee bias in 2013 through amazing defence.

That defence has disappeared this year. And if it ain't reappeared by now, it never will.

I don't need some 'source' to tell me that there is trouble between the 2 halves. Pearce cost Maloney an origin position. Maloney would have to be pissed about this.
Regardless Maloney has been fricken average all year. If he was any good he would have demanded selection and been picked on his own merits.
Maloney is the biggest disappointment for us this year. Last year a world beater. This year just an average first grader.
That goal he missed last night was also very easy by his high standards.
I never thought Maloney was a great buy but last year I was happily proven wrong. This year he is showing exactly all that I originally thought he was capable of.

That careless attitude seems to have reappeared (which he was renown for at his previous clubs) and would be testing the patience of the coaching staff.

Add to that the fact that Hastings may be ready to blood and it seems his cards maybe marked.

The source that told me about the current "troubles" is exactly the same source that told me Sam Perrett had a major falling out with Brian Smith, and would stand up and walk out on the club within weeks, a couple of years back.

I posted that on the Chook Pen at the time and was roundly criticized for it, yet it proved to be true.

My source is a good one.

there is bullshit to start with. Perrett desperately wanted to stay and the Roosters but was forced out by the likes of POS.
Regardless of whether he liked Smith or not, Perrett would still be a Rooster if the Roosters wanted him. Thats from no friend thats from Sam himself.

Talking bout their halves, I believe that Foran is a much better half than DCE. He always guides them around the park well and let's everybody else do their job well. Manly are a very different side when Foran isn't there, and they struggle more when he isn't there then when DCE isn't.

I though Pearce played better than DCE last night, and apart for that ONE mistake, he had a great night. He led our attack well through the middle, was crisp again with passing game and his kicks in their half never gave Manly a cheap 20m restart, always pinpoint (perhaps better if he gave them a touch more air). And his support play was top notch, which led to his well-deserved try.

He will prob never reach the potential of Thurston or Cronk, but he is leaps and bounds ahead of most halfbacks in this competition. Any ****er that thinks Hodkinson is NSWs best half back obviously doesn't understand rugby league

Regardless of who is getting on with who...i am concerned with Jimmys form enough to suggest if he doesnt bite back in the next couple of games that perhaps we consider a new 6 before the finals.

Its too important a role to lack focus or confidence.
