Excellent news, good to hear that Brian is taking measures to curb Pearce's ego. If Brian succeeds in focusing this privileged boy, the boy will go alright.

Agreed Lone Rooster. While we understand (well we think we do) how hard it must be for children of famous parents to settle and perform, our club deserves that each player does his best on and off the field.
Sometimes even best efforts are not up to standard.
There are always kids on the sidelines looking for a chance.

          How wonderful!
I hope someone can find out what really happened re Willy paying for his auction goods.
If he didn't then he is a big mouthed cheat. As I have said before, there are many of us who would give anything to be able to afford to attend an auction like this and buy a "piece" of a favourite player.

            Pearce off

He's living on the edge and has been for a while. If he doesn't pull his head in, sooner or later he'll slip over the other side and have to suffer the consequences.

If that means he's no longer part of the Club, so be it. If doesn't want to live by the new Rooster rules, then he has no future at the Roosters. It's that simple.

I think immature Mitchell thinks he's invinsible and couldn't care less if he gets sacked because other clubs will roll out the red carpet for him, just like they did for Greg Bird. Manly would be snapping at the heels to lure Pearce.
Playing up and contravening the code of conduct is one sure way of getting the chop. Many theorists will tell you that Mason kept on misbehaving at the Dogs to get the flick.
