Lol @ Canberra have no talent.
    Go support them then.
    SUPER DRAGON!

In his view, they are already being played out of position....he wants to move them to their rightful positions....positions that no other rugby league fan, pundit, watcher, analyst have thought to play them in before. Got to hand it to Johnny....he's a thinker!!!

The players were complaining against the poor attitude of both Dugan and Ferguson for many months and as a result Dugan was cut lose but Ferguson was retained on the back of Furner's advice and guarantees to the players and board that he would come good. Ferguson repays his coaches loyalty and faith in him by acting like a lair and than asking for a release to Join a Sydney club, great loyalty lol.
So by your own admission you criticise and critique people based on rumours and innuendo? Essentially your moral compass is in line with News Ltd's. A bloke tweets that Ferguson is at a pub in Cronulla, Ferguson tells people he was just getting a feed and all of a sudden it's turned into:

Ferguson has got a proven history in being a trouble maker, that in itself is reason enough not to sign him if you're looking for one. But I don't believe in attacking people based on rumours and possibilities, I'll leave that to Rothfield and co.

I can guarantee you he was on the piss.

Also, he left the game at half time to drive to Sydney and go to the pub. Thats disgraceful and the type of thing that will take the chooks back to the bad old days.

No thanks, we don't need a grub like Ferg at our club.

                What's your source?

I remember just as many bullshit rumours & true stories about Jennings coming out before we signed him and he's been nothing but professional since arriving here.

Look I'm really not one way or another on this to be honest. I just hate the double standards on here that we dismiss anything written by the DT when it concerns our players but tweets and stories are all of a sudden fact when it applies to anyone outside of the club.

Jenko, Pearce & Jimmy all spent time with him during origin, if Robbo decides that he's happy to bring him back to Sydney based on their words and from everything else he's heard then I'm willing to back him over the rumour and innuendo everyone else is willing to spit.

                • Blake is one of only two players on the pen market who could adequately replace SBW - the other being Folau.

Doesn't mean we should sign him. But his freakish talent is undeniable.

A big centre with his skill and footwork is worth his weight in gold. His performance against us was the best individual effort by anyone vs us all year.

Neither Folau or Ferguson are close to being in the same class as SBW, he's the complete player. You're right though he's a freak and can spark something from nothing which is something we'll miss when SBW leaves. He still does have issue in defence and with his ball handling, although I'm confident that's something Robbo could iron out.

The only player that would come close to replacing SBW is that young fullback from England...

                      You're kidding right?

                      1. We don't need a Fullback
                      2. He has terrible defence
                      3. His attitude is not much better then Fergusons
                      4. He's not tested in the NRL
                      5. He's twice the price of Ferguson

                        • Blake Ferguson

Have heard rumours that Blake Ferguson might be coming to the roosters. I hope not. Don't think he is aligned with the culture that Robbo has brought to the club. He has created a culture where all players are on a level playing field ie they all play for each other not for themselves. Blake is probably a lovely bloke, but he seems to have an arrogance that we certainly don't need to bring to this club when it's in such a good spot. On the other hand Robbo may bring out the best in him. It's a real toughie. Apparently he was one of the players that led to the demise of the coach at Canberra. What happened to players that just have respect for the coach and follow what he says. We've all had a boss at some stage that we didn't particularly like. Some players act like spoilt little brats. Worry about him coming to the roosters. Thoughts?

                              • Not what the Roosters need , too much baggage , wrong message ,wrong attitude. Roosters have done so much to eliminate this from their current squad.
The NRL should support Clubs stance on I'll discipline, in this case Canberra
