Whilst Leilua was terminated he still received his monthly check in the period leading up to his termination and any funds he received from November 1 last year must be counted. If that sum is greater than the salary of the 25th highest paid player then it goes in the first tier and the 25th paid player goes into the 2nd tier and if the sum is less than the 25th highest paid player it goes into the second tier.

Even though Penrith is paying part of Jennings' salary our contribution is still substantial and he'd be top tier. Any payments to Masoe from us must still be counted in cap. The fact that Penrith is paying part of Jennings and we are paying part of Masoe is irrelevant - the amounts are relevant but their position in the cap is based on what we pay them.

I'm heading out to Parkes this weekend for the Jets vs Windsor game and if Kane is plyaing I'll have a chat (and probably a beer) with him at the Leagues club after the game. He is very much loved at the club and if Nick wants him and Robbo thinks he has the right attitude, he wont be going anywhere.Member 2008 - forever

Obviously clubs are throwing money at him... we probably just have to match it and we are sweet ...but wait weve got Sonny Bill on 10 mill a year?
He'll likely be gone at the end of this season or next.
We should be finding ways to keep Evans, Napa and our other young players identified as our future stars.
What about a free home unit each...third party sponsorship.
