Funny how he got man of the match against Norffs/$ouffs on the weekend and now someone, probably from $ouffs, is spreading a rumour that he wants out and is going to join them. $ouffs have 17 Burgess brothers, all front rowers, they don't need Kane. He'll be our prop for the next 10 years.
I heard him interviewed after last weeks Newtown game and when the interviewer said something along the lines of "your contracted with the Roosters until the end of next season" I cannot remember what he said exactly but I do remember he seemed very reluctant to confirm it. I remember thinking hmm that seemed strange maybe there is something to this rumour, I hope not as I want him to stay.

Rcptn, heard that interview as well, certainly did sound like he was not committing to the club longer term, you could hardly blame him though he has seen similar players from NYC last season like Klemmer/George Burgess play first grade this year and in Klemmer's case sign a $1 million deal before he even debuted in first grade.
Evans has been destructive in quite a few NSW cup matches this year but Robbo is reluctant to use him because he needs to work on his lateral movement in defense, you would think that there would be half a dozen NRL clubs climbing over themselves to get him on their roster.
we have 4 use them of lose them players at the moment, if Evans/Napa/Langi/Moga (when he is fully fit again) don't start getting a taste of first grade soon they will start getting disgruntled knowing there are plenty of other options out there for them.
if indeed FPN has started seriously looking at other options, we could do worse than rotating Evans/Napa in first grade during the second half of the season.
yep we keep cream puff and bludger to let another future international go to another club.
Here comes the slide .Frank Paul on the outer and followed by Evans, Mini wants another year SBW once 10 mill a year ..will it be all down hill from here? .Nothing changes here it just looks like it for a little while.
Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the universe
