Still in Brissy. I must say I am not the biggest fan of the Gold Coast. I head up the sunny when I go to the beach or for golf.

My brother & I went to the Titans game at Skilled in 2010. It was our 1st time there and I reckon the crowd, around the 16K mark, was at least 50/50. If the Roosters want to sell a home game that traditionally does not draw a big crowd, this is the one. Have it during the NSW school hols, organise some deals with airlines, accomodation joints, theme parks etc and co-promote it with the Titans. It would be a winner. Now that most of the draw is set in stone, it would also become an annual trip for Rooster fans from all over Qld as well. They could play for the Mike Eden trophy.

i tried to organize the roosters to do a training session at my club the nerang roosters prior to the titts game in 2010. but instead they decided to go to the burliegh bears ( a titts feeder team ) for a run/ meet n greet. i will persist again this year around finals when we have to play either the drongos or titts .

Same here. Currently in Alex Hills and despite the rain, the kids swam all day, and we had bbq,beers and the hottest 100. Good day and temp was great. Today we wont even step outsie lol
