  • James Tedesco

If he doesn't win the dally m medal this year it's a stitch up he's been outstanding all season long he is aging like a fine wine and is still on top of his game as ever. What a player and what a season.

He is in career best form. I just mentioned in the game day thread that he should be the Aussie full back for the Ashes tour.

With all due respect to Churchill, it's time the NRL stopped indulging souffs and rename the name of this medal to its original name...the "Dave Brown" medal.

This might have to go down as his best season ever, his form is outstanding, hasn’t missed a game all year, but to go into the year losing 7 top class teammates, getting thumped by broncos in round 1, then leading 6-9 rookies into the finals?

              incredible.

wish we could clone him and have him in the team forever.

as the 12th man famously said…

Absolute gem one of the greatest of all times
only 32 could easily go another 3-4 seasons if he wants to
best fullback in the game by a long way and for a long time

Suggestions are that he will win the Dally M by a record margin.
1985: 1 try vs Parramatta, 1 try vs Manly, 1 try vs Wests, 2 tries vs Souffs
1986: 2 tries vs Illawarra, 1 try vs Balmain, 2 tries vs Norths.

What a champion. His leadership has come on in leaps and bounds this year. Great praise from Robbo in the presser too and deservedly so. He should win the Daly M easily and should never have been dropped for NSW or Australia. It was a disgrace how that was handled.

Edward’s has dropped of majorly this year, wouldn’t have him in my top 5.

teddy is a standout, Tommy,Walsh, hammer, pappy have there moments this year, but nobody has the consistency and durability of Teddy.

I think Edwards has slipped. Been very average this season.

So true. And surely the "I" word will be raised after he retires.
