I was listening to the footy on the ABC radio yesterday and they announced Teddy as their player of the year.

I reckon Marky might give him a run for the Jack Gibson Medal this year. Teddy deserves it, but Mark will be in contention.

If Teddy keeps this form up he could play well into his mid 30’s.

Billy Slater played until he was 35 and was still in the top 2/3 fullbacks in the comp, no reason why Teddy can’t either.

Teddy is a shoe in to be picked for the Kangaroo tour. There is no way they can leave him out. I just hope he opts out on his own terms and chooses to retire from rep after that tour. Ted should be picked at fullback and captain for that tour imo.

Yes his best season this year comes on the back of a reduced load of no state of origin and full unhindered off season 24/25. Selfishly dont want him on the kangaroo tour, eventhough he absolutely deserves it.

I agree with this he 100% deserves his rep jerseys back and end of year roos tour why not
also I believe with nsw loosing this year there will be no player loyalty to help Edwards next year and with paps unknown and turbo falling off id say Teddy is fav for blues number 1 next year as well which he should have been the last 2 years
