Theory on the leaking? Well who would have access to it apart from QLD police? Cheese, his lawyer, Souffs officials, the NRL integrity unit? Anybody cheese blabs to and let’s face it he’s not very good at keeping things to himself.

And that’s the point I keep making, the media keeps saying oh by the way there’s no suggestion Radley has done anything wrong, but we’ll just keep regurgitating the info to give the impression he may have and the Roosters culture is dodgy.
You only need to glance at the comments section on various social media platforms to see that defamation has already taken place. The reputational damage is real, and the media need to be held accountable at some point.

The use of a disclaimer—such as "there is no suggestion that Radley or the Roosters have done anything wrong"—does not absolve them of responsibility when they proceed to cast aspersions immediately afterward.

The more I look for answers the more obvious it becomes that this is going to go down as the biggest beat-up ever in the NRL.
Bennett called the charges against Smith trivial and the Integrity Unit investigation concluded no one had a case to answer.
It won't be a long day at Southport Magistrates Court on September 18.

Meanwhile, in other news from the courts…
Former NRL star Chris Sandow has been sentenced to prison after being caught with a rifle in public and throwing rocks at cars.
The ex-Rabbitoh playmaker pleaded guilty to several offences in Ipswich Magistrates Court last Friday, including one count of unlawfully possessing a category H weapon in public, one count of assaulting and obstructing police officers, two counts of wilful damages and other offences.
The court heard that complaints over Sandow’s behaviour were made in March after he caused damage to two vehicles when throwing rocks at passing by cars on a road in the Ipswich suburb of Riverview.
It is one of the benefits of playing with the vermin - it sets you up for a career post football

There is no suggestion that Radley has done anything wrong, but Spencer is looking at another 8 game suspension.
