i can't see iolelu playing much first grade for the next few years. if robinson plays the full 80 and we've got connor who can play dh if he goes down, there's no need to pick a dh on the bench. if dce comes and the only place for hugo is on the bench then it's even less likely. iolelu's been signed until 2028 so maybe the club has other ideas

Calling him a bum is a bit harsh, said during the heat of Origin battle.

Of course he is a decent enough player. Would I have signed him? No. Prefer to roll with interchanging Connor, Benny and ZDC. And spent our beans elsewhere. I do rate young Benny though, think there is potential for a real quality player in the making. Signing Robson worries me we lose a kid like that who we have put time into developing.

I even look at our likely spine next year of Ted, Walker, DCE and Robson. Its not quick enough for me esp with Ted a year older. I like quick feet and speed to threaten, esp in the 6 again world of today. I'm probably a bit isolated as I'm not even convinced Sam is the new Messiah for us. Quick between the ears no doubt. Hope the majority feting him are right though.
