When I get to work tomorrow, I'll get the usual 'you've got no fans' routine, and for the first time I'll have no answer. Out if all Sydney teams, only Penrith would have brought less today.
As for what might be said to you work tomorrow, may i suggest you swallow a tablespoon of cement & harden the fark up & just deal with it.

I've been supporting this team for nearly 40 years & I used to go to all the away games (or as many as i possibly could). These days personal circumstance dont allow me to get to many away games, & no i didnt go today. Does this make me or any other supporter who didnt go today less passionate about there team? No, i think not.
Dont be so quick to judge.

I could have asked the same question of everyone about the 2004 and 2010 GFs where Roosters supporters were drastically outnumbered. As for yesterday, I wasn't there and I'm glad I wasn't because I don't take losing at the hands of the refs very well. Seems I have a lot of growing up to do so that these things don't upset me."The price of freedom is eternal vigilance."

I mean you pay $25 for GA to have to stand all game - least at SFS you pay $30 GA (I think - season ticket holder so dont buy tickets on game day) but at least you get a seat and quality facilitiesLast edited by pelli69; 05-21-2012, 12:55 PM.

I remember a few games ago when we played the knights at the sfs, I payed somewhere around $70 for me and my two kids, and about $30 or more for snacks believe it or not and we didn't even eat that much. So all up around $100. I could have taken my kids to luna park for the whole day and had change left over for $100.
One of the big problems with league IMO and why the larger stadiums (ANZ, SFS) do not attract much fans except for when big games are on.
