Exactly. He was just going through the motions with us in 2011 nad what would've changed had he still been here in 2012.
He was always going to do well with a fresh start, guess the test will be how he backs up again in his second year with the sharks, when the 'freshness' has worn off ?

Well. I'll put this here. At the Sharks he doesn't have a dud and his dud coach and a dud C.E.O. doing dud things.

And before anyone puts "why are you supporting the Roosters if you think that" I'll say that the Roosters are not Braith Anasta, Brian Smith and Steve Noyce, they are just adversely affected by them.

Mr Walker answer me this one

Since we got rid of Carney out of the side for good we are 8 wins and 4 losses THATS A 66.66% winning record.

What was our winning % when Carney played?

          Another Carney thread?

Seriously what were we suppose to do? Sack the players, the coaches and the board members for the sake of one player?

He is a great player but a wanker, it's a shame but he had to go.

            You sir, are an idiot!

Tell me we would have made the GF without Carney?

            Go on...tell me.

Would have been interesting if he had have played the last 4 games last year....he may well have gone from taking us to the GF in 2010 to taking us to the spoon in 2011

We made plenty in the past without Carney

I've said it before, those 4 wins at the end of last year meant jack shit against rubbish sides or teams resting their stars up for finals football.

Carney is close to the best player on the planet.

                  We had him.

                  We let him go.

All because Bwaiff suddenly decided that it was the demon drink that was the problem, when the irony is that he was!

Look at him now, on the piss every second night and carving teams up of a weekend.

                  Tisk, tisk, tisk...

Those wins meant we didn't finish last. Would we have won them with your poster boy in the team? I seriously doubt it.

My question is how well were things going for Toddy at the Roosters 8 rounds in?

I too think the club should've kept him but I'm not going to blow my own horn 8 rounds in... you're just asking to get burnt when he turns back to old habits.

What's your source for Braith wanting to get rid of Carney?

Oh, you doubt it do you nostradamus?

We will never know will we.

We probably would have if we sacked Anasta instead of Carney too.

But we'll never know that either.

We should come back in 10 rounds and see how everything is going.

You are in serious denial regarding Carney's contributions and performances for us last year.
