Not quite sure how you can buy takeaway and tell us all you cooked it and rate it as near 10 as the most you would ever do is have Chef Mike reheat it. Even Basil on Fawlty Towers attempted to cook the meal.

Correct spelling was always Kiev. Supermarkets in Australia changed the name to Kyiv 2 years ago out of respect for Ukraine.

Wikipedia still has the correct spelling as Kiev.
