best ones I have found are from the chicken shop at the Fyshwick markets, they almost never leak while cooking, and have the tastiest and most amount of butter I have had in a Kiev.

So far I haven’t been successful in stopping them from leaking grrr. Tonight I shallow fried for a couple of minutes each side then transferred them to the oven to finish off. I put each one in a little foil ‘boat’ to catch the inevitable butter leakage. That way I could at least spoon some of the buttery goodness onto the dinner plate. They are so fiddly to make though. I’m not sure if it’s worth it. The Fyshwick ones sound great but it’s such a long way to go lol!

It's Chicken Kyivs and to call it Chicken Kievs which is the Russian spelling of the Ukraine Capital is insulting to every Ukrainian and even Supermarkets in Australia don't call it that as I posted - Ukraine never started this war - Russia did way back in 2014.
Some pics of Mariupol Ukraine below - destroyed after the Russian Siege - similar to Grozny Chechnya after another war ( 2 this time) that Russia started

Not quite sure how you can buy takeaway and tell us all you cooked it and rate it as near 10 as the most you would ever do is have Chef Mike reheat it. Even Basil on Fawlty Towers attempted to cook the meal.
Obviously, you never watched much of Gordon Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares, where so-called "Chefs' in those restaurants pretended to do the same and gave little credit to Chef Mike for being the real Chef.
You couldn't even boil water without burning it - it would be another of your Greek tragedies if you attempted to cook anything.
