If they wish to then sure I could understand that rationale but I can also understand the rationale of realising that the next 30yrs of your life is going to be a bit of a grind trying to make money so set you and your family up well.

I think he's been paid above market value for what he has delivered for a lot of his career and if he hasn't set himself up by now he never will.
