The problem is much deeper than actual players.
Our whole system is farked, from development to training, there is no guidance for our young blokes.
No gameplan, no fitness, no jersey pride - which could be attributed to recruitment.
We are in a pretty big hole, until we develop a succesful system ( similar to Melb, Brisbane ) we are going to go through limited success, and a lot of failure.
