Liver, i'm over him and cannot cop how many fans continually accept his fundamental errors. Like the 1st try he gifted them today which didn't help our mindset. I expect our wingers to catch those type of kicks and i expect them to fark up less. Uncle Nick was too kind to re-sign him for 2018 and TRobbo too loyal. Players in our team know there's no consequence for ongoing poor performances so there's no concern about getting dropped the next week. I just hope the head coach had the balls & blasted them in the sheds because it's warranted!!!
I agree with most of what you say .{TR too loyal, no consequences, hope he blasts them!]
I firmly believe Ferguson has been one of our most effective player's this year
Yes, maybe it saids a lot about the rest

Anyway, there is rarely anyone pushing up looking to receive an offload.. Friend .. Teddy
If that, there is so much one out crap with nobody bothering to support, it makes you think somebody has told them not to bother with the offload.

BUT they still make errors while playing it safe.
The coach is very nervous about his job and he is not prepared to take risks..of course it's the coach telling the players to be conservative.
Politis has put unbelievable pressure on the coach to succeed by bringing in Cronk.

I won’t blame Fergo on the first try because you have to look at what preceded that and it was the miss on Hunt and how he went through the middle like Souths did and then their support was good and no one in our team was capable to stop their offloads and then... a good flat bomb from Widdop had Fergo scrambling back. All on the last tackle. He shouldn’t have to have put in that position in the first place. Every player that missed a tackle in that sequence has more blame than Fergo.

You're right the bomb was perfectly timed and placed but i don't think Nene put that much pressure on Fergo in the contest for the ball. It went through Fergo's finger tips.

              Massive pressure on Robbo..
Funny thing is when Kent and Ikin asked him mid week about being under pressure he denied it and said they look at it more as excitement than pressure..
He truly is deluded and believing his own garbage at the moment..

Fergo did jump early for some reason, maybe the pressure got to him..
In saying that atleast the guy plays hard and looks dangerous, which is more than I can say for a lot of others..

Widdop is one of those players that can put those bombs that hang. Nene may not have been putting much pressure but The play came to Fergo fast and having The ball hanging in the air with Nene nearby it was too much. Like I said, all those players that failed to stop that last tackle play are just if not more to blame.

All should know the CO-Captain cannot pass or offload so why do the other forwards need too. i.e Cords played 80 minutes today for a grand pass/offload total of ZERO.

Rubbish Fergo had a clanger simple as that - stop blaming others - Fergo has a few clangers in him - just like a clanger from last year - thinking it was a 40-20 he knocked the ball back infield only for the opposition to score as a result - oh so you would say that was the defenders fault as well as the opp player was able to kick the ball.

SKD`s pass to RTS that was intercepted resulting in a try- The fault of the defence too as they allowed the opp player to kick the ball I suppose.

                      Utter nonsense

Ferguson has been our standout player this year and his error count is down. Makes more yards than any other winger in this competition and has improved in defence. He is one of our most dangerous attacking weapons. At the moment being used as a battering ram.

That kick was inch perfect by Widdup and was always going to be difficult to take when having to turn and chase. More credit to the kicker. Fergo was lucky to get hands to it. Probably would have been better to let it bounce but attacked it. Ferguson showed his class diffusing a very dangerous high bomb under pressure not long after. I realise you're no fan of him but we have far greater problems than Fergo's fumble.

The difference in pressuring kicker couldn't be anymore starker than it was today. Cronk under all sorts
                             Compared to Whiddop/Hunt, they had
alot of success in either gaining territory prior to release or once beating the rushing defender it was all too easy. Expect opposing teams to try and exploit this in the coming games unless it's fixed .

I can’t recall Cords offloading once this year.

Yeah his error rate might be down but it is the simple fundamental errors that he makes that cancel out all the good things he is doing

no pressure on him in the first set, simple catch and he did the 1 thing you teach kids not to do when catching a high ball, he took his eyes off it. That’s why he dropped it. Watch the replay.
