I'm watching any gf or rl until the Roosters play their first trial next year. In fact I might put some black tape around my upper arm on Sunday, I can't believe our team won't be there on Sunday. In future I won't buy into any hype about our team until we win another gf, whenever that may be.

I think you are looking at it the wrong way. We are the best team in 2015. We came first ...a minor premiership. If it was given the recognition it deserves we would be known as the best ( like in English Premier League). Our differential kills broncos and Cowboys. Ours 291 Broncos 195 and Cowboys a distant 133. We had the Best Attack and the Best defence for 2015. Unfortunately the bad "luck" all came at the end of the
season...the injuries to jwh and Junior, Skd one brainsnap for the year, after having a superb year, the fluky bounce that killed RTS shadowing the ball over the sideline, followed by skd no try after half time. Reverse any of those events and we could've won the game. Unfortunately everyone is judging the season on 1 game, which is stupid. We've had a great team to watch all year and Robbo should be praised for 3 minor
premierships in a row. Amazing given the NRL's 'handicap' system.

Not sure if I'll watch it... Probably will and hope the cows win. Couldn't stand it if hodges, Thaiday or Boyd win another. Much prefer JT winning it.

I never watch games unless we are playing.

Yep I'm in the same position.

It's not that I'm bitter or wish bad things upon the teams who made it to the GF - it's just that I don't care who wins. I'm a Roosters member for life so won't be seen dead cheering for a team other than the RWB. I was considering going there to see Cold Chisel, lining up for their signature and then going home. Barnsey's infinitely better than Ricky Martin and Jessica Mawboy (the shyte we got in 2013). Seriously, the cup of life is cool... until you realise it's about a soccer tournament many years ago and it's one of 2 or 3 hit songs in his entire career (successful mostly because of the fact it was the theme song for a soccer world cup, so his EP including a couple of other songs released afterwards sold well). Gaaaar...

DAMN!!! Seeing Mossy, Barnes and the RWB while drinking a beer at the footy would have been awesome!!!!! Hope the bloody banana benders enjoy their GF! I predict JT to be stapled together for the game and Brisbane to win by 30+ with Hodges starring and MILF being branded as JT's replacement... before next season where he struggles and regains his old Raiders form.

Bought my GF tickets for $65 each and sold the pair on ebay for $300. This will help cover a nice weekend away with my Mrs. Thank you kind buyer seriously, who knows whether their team will make the GF half way through the season?

So in summary coggy, you are one of those "fans" who "support" their team only when they are winning. Good to know.

Last year was the first grand final I didn't bother watching, since I started watching them in 1976. Won't be watching this year, either. Life's too short to waste an hour and a half on that crap. The pity this weekend is that someone has to win -- either scumbag Thurston or the walking cadaver, Bennett, and that pond-scum, Hodges.

Lol message brought to you by the same guy who wanted Friend to be lock and Pearce to be our 9...

On topic though, I can't wait to watch the Ipswich Jets play. For the true rugby league fans, which half of you fags don't qualify as, the Ipswich Jets play an awesome style of footy that is great for the viewer and great for the promotion of rugby league. If you haven't seen them play I recommend you enjoy this game gf day. It will be the best game of the day.

The only time you ever post on here is when we have lost a match. Never anything positive. Happy to be proven wrong.

In my time on here you have asked for almost every player/coach in our team to be dropped or sacked. I can understand when we had braith and Brian, but how many drop Pearce threads have u started just this year?

Need some good feng shui and faith in our boys. I'd love to see what you would have done if you were a parra or knights fan

Agree. Will be going to the game. Because I enjoy rugby league. Bitterly disappointed we aren't there but ultimately I'd rather watch a good game of footy and have a beer than anything else on a Sunday.
