He got a good off-load away last week with 3 defenders on him which set up Jake Friend for some attacking 2nd phase play.

Even a broken clock is correct twice a day.

Also, offloading in traffic (which he can do sometimes) is very different to setting up a support out wide.

Maybe that's not his current job or what he's being coached to do. I do however see great potential, which is exciting.

I do wonder if some people actually watch our matches, Evans' pass at the line to RTS, which lead to a half break and then RTS offloading it back to Evans was high quality ball skill from both players. The very late offload with 3 players on top of him was quality as well. The reason he won't be moved wider is we don't need him out there and the defensive requirements suit players who are quick laterally off the mark, at nearly 2 metres tall Kane will never have that ability.

He has really stepped up this year, like so many of our team. He has such a unique frame and style. Very impressive.

Fair enough. I have to admit I never watch our matches.

He's our Klemmer. I hope he gets angrier with age.

I would like to see that as well. I want to see opposition players in fear.

                    That explains a lot.

Apparently he is meant to have a pretty good kicking game too. He would regularly kick 40-20's in the juniors and on a number of occasions slotted match winning field goals, one from the sideline from 45 metres out. Little known fact, he played half back for the majority of his junior career.

I remember a young lanky kid running around Blackmore Oval for the mighty Leichhardt Wanderers in the under 6's. Good to see young Kane making a go of it. Has already played more first grade games than old man Spud.

He reminds me of Ian MacKay from the 74 -75 teams who attended the game last sunday.

He has stepped up a gear since he got that skunk stripe on the side of his head too lol What the fark is that anyway? As long he keeps playing like he is I guess he can have whatever haircut he wants

                                Kane is developing nicely.

                                He's still young.

Props hit the peak in their late 20's.
