signed by myself and getting all my rooster mates to sign as well !! this is a disgrace !! he should be a rooster for life !!
Im thinking like we, as true supporters need to make sure this doesnt happen... like watever it takes guys..!! coz i for one am ready to cancel my membership if this shit goes ahead !!!
Screw the management... but we need to show how much we want him to stay at the club..
Thinking massive signs/banners made for the pen for the first game/s, Easts HQ march.. etc !!
Something !! if we show our collective support then surely we can stop this from happening !!
Forget sentimental rubbish, the bloke will be 31 and will be a financial liability. If it means keeping Kennedy and co at the club then more power to them. Loyalty is a dead duck in this day of salary caps.
...and now the petition has made the media, well done guys - go on put the club into a turmoil over nothing (seriously, there's a salary cap and youngsters need upgrades so someone has to go and Braith is the logical choice) and let the media feed off it.
Dear oh dear, let the people who are paid to make the tough decisions, make them.
Furious Roosters fans have started a petition that will be sent to tricolours chief executive Steve Noyce in a bid to keep Anasta at the foundation club.

We had no trouble making way for mason! Whats the bet when another superstar that comes on the market the same thing will happen? Yet when it comes to a loyal player of ours, no effort from the management has been put in.

**** off you idiot we are not puting the club in to turmoil LOL all we are trying to do is keep our captain at the club he would die for. If it wasn't for Braith we would've been out first week of the finals. He has already stated that he will take a pay cut to stay so if we get him for say 250k-275k that would be a good deal considering the stuff he gives us on the field and off it setting a good example and giving guidence to the younger player in the club.
When 2012 comes around there will be a significant increase in the cap which will allow us to keep our youngsters+Braith.
