Depends. Do we have a viable replacement for JT in the 20's?

I know one who has heaps of experience who could do with a change of scenery

Is this a joke? Perhaps keep Smith because the 20's may not have a replacement?

There is NO way the guy is putting in 100%.

Smith & Elliott would not get a job at any other club IMO. The leading coaches are streets ahead of them.

Only because we lost to the shittest team in the league and are helping them avoid the spoon he should get sacked. Lol. Losing to Parra how pathetic. You call that first grade to lose to Parra lol good work boys. Your disgraceful.

He should live a long, healthy, prosperous and fulfilling life. But not here.

No not really. It's really important that these young kids get the right coaching. Smith needs to go. But once JT gets promoted I don't want to be stuck with the 20's equivalent of Brian Smith in the NYC.

The clubs priority has to be that the first grade team gets the right coaching. Full stop. This is the team that puts bums on seats, attracts memberships, sponsorships.

And we have a coach to do that. I'm just saying that these kids are our future and if we sack Smith it has far-reaching consequences.

its not a case of what we should do with brian smith it is up to the chairman who signed the out of touch coach.both are completely out of touch.times have moved on and smith with politis and co are the old generation because ageism is a factor in our culture.both need to enjoy the sun in greece. nick, buy smith a house in greece so you can talk over the old days together.

The present is what matters. This is where our club has stuffed up. They have based decision making on the future but forgotten about the present. There is probably 2 players max in the 20's that are future first graders. I hope you weren't referring to Smith as the coach we already have to run the first grade side.

I was referring to Taylor. I want two top class coaches not just one. Why can't we aim for that?
