They should never let "Glory to SSydney" play on the PA at our home ground. Surely we can control this and play the Benny Hill music instead?
Last round of the season is against Souths at Allianz.
We lose that and it will surely be "the losers were sent home out of the stadium to the sounds of "glory glory"!

The ' Nawa ' man is rocks and diamonds. It is a worry.
      Can he tackle?
Could he tackle if played at right centre?
If so, play him right centre and Bobby on the wing in defence.
Coach to show Bobby the sideline at training and tell him to guard it with his 'life' on match day.
Play Marky at right wing in defence against Panthers and we lose for sure.
At one stage against Souths DCE was outside Marky, think from a Souths kick off.
It's a major problem, and unless it's fixed by Fri we're in big trouble.

BB is good value, he comes out with some beauties, of course he knows he will get a bite.

Defence is great, error rate is quite poor by their standards. Gotta hope we can hold onto the ball and convert our chances, DCE’s calming influence is paramount

You couldn't ask for a better confidence booster for DCE. I can't EVER recall seeing him smile so hard after he scored. He was literally beaming!

He was under loads of pressure and delivered! I also thought Robbo got the game plan spot on.

Gotta work on those unforced errors. Some are absolute coach killers which swing momentum instantly. E Butch and Marky need more Grip Spray

It appears to be an early season thing for Marky.

Last year he managed to reduce his error count by more than 50% by seasons end.

I love the heads he pulls. He's quite animated imo. Marky the entertainer.

i thought all three of their tries were stoppable.
for their first try marky should have stayed on his man. we'll never know if latrell would have beaten rob if he'd pinned his ears back but we do know that leaving aj unmarked didn't work well. rob's a defending freak, like a big cat he's able to bring his prey down from behind and marky will do better to trust him.
the second try was suia missing the big hit and, unfortunately knocking dce off the tackle.
the third try was on sammy jumping out of the line and not stopping the play.
you'd think those are pretty easy things to fix, and credit where it's due, latrell, fifita and wighton all did well to take advantage but more to the point, our defence was otherwise awesome. keep up that intensity and we'll go alright.

latrell doesn't smile like he did when he played for us. the book of latrell hasn't been finished yet and if he wins a comp at souths then things will change but atm his best years have by far been at the roosters.

dce went well. he's not just here to be a mentor to sammy and hugo and needs to earn his spot but he's clearly not chad townshend. obviously the try and try assist were highlights but i thought his defence was pretty good. both him and sammy are always going to be run at and will sometimes be found out but they're solid enough.

marky's a freak. with him, teddy and sammy we've got a lot of points in us

So the Panthers game is so important to show where we are really at.

Lindsay was great. He is our ' top dog '. He needs to bring it every week.

                  & ukc the wabbits !!
Or it could have been a coaching master stroke by Robbo. Let AJ get the record early in the 2nd half and have yourselves another 20 minute break while their opponents expend more energy on backslapping and bum patting. Souffs resume the match thinking they've got the monkey off their back and then relax only to leave themselves open to an ambush by the Chooks.

1985: 1 try vs Parramatta, 1 try vs Manly, 1 try vs Wests, 2 tries vs Souffs
1986: 2 tries vs Illawarra, 1 try vs Balmain, 2 tries vs Norths.

Marky dropped? he is the biggest excitement machine in the NRL. The media & every Rooster supporter would go off their nut if he was dropped.
yes, I mean ludicrous. He is a clear positive to our side, but as I posted in the OP, his risk taking will lose us a game at some point and he doesn't understand how to defend on the wing. There's an art to it (I would say that I guess....I was one!) but he is an incredible athlete who 'gets by' a lot of the time due to that but gets found out positionally and in terms of his decision making more often than he should

we did very well to reassert dominance after we came back on after the invasion. I was very worried tbh - the way their crowd cheered them and booed us, I thought it could have got away from us

14 runs for 128 metres is respectable and takes the pressure off the other boys who are generally doing the majority of the hit ups.

Sharing the load helps players like Whyte who had 15 runs for 149 metres.
Whyte is absolutely a gun so consistent he plays the same game every week

Score one try and let two in ...you're not a positive.

the second try wasn't on him at all.

                                also...broke 8 tackles, missed 1 tackle. (only made 4)
made 5 errors, took 4 good bombs
made some great breaks, also made some risky passes

                                rocks and diamonds.
