Regardless, Toia's out and to be totally honest I think the Warriors (even if Toia played) will win this week.

They (the Warriors) are my longshot for the premiership this year.

I hope the Roosters win but I don't bet with my heart.

Roosters suffer major blow as Origin star ruled out of Round 1 - NRL News - Zero Tackle
Mitchell Moses has had a few recurrences of a foot injury that has derailed his last couple of seasons now and seems to be a nagging injury that won't leave him alone, hopefully Toia isn't bogged down by this long term.

      Why is Billy in doubt?
With him potentially out joining Toia, my confidence is very fickle at the moment.

But now we're basically back to another trial team/game.
In the trial games our left side defence was terrible, and our right side defence was just as bad.
Not the time to be trialling Ramsay.
Hugo and Foketi must be selected in the centres. Or Wong and Foketi.
Players with some size, muscle who can tackle.
Pauga showed in the trials that he's too small to play in the centre.
No good scoring 3 tries and letting in 5 tries...we lose.
Maybe Hugo, don't think Foketi or Wong would be a good fit, too slow out there,

Yeah nah to forwards playing in the centres.

In last years GF, the Storm lost Howarth and moved Wishart to left centre.

Wishart is no slug however was burnt numerous times. This also effects the trust required by the 1 and 3 in defender.

A specialist centre albeit B grade would be a better option imo

The side to face the Warriors at 8:00pm at Go Media Stadium has been trimmed 24 hours ahead of kick-off.

Fetalaiga Pauga replaces Robert Toia at centre moving Cody Ramsey into the 6 man interchange bench.

Toby Rodwell and Salesi Foketi are the remaining reserves.

I tend to think Pauga will play on the wing and Nawaqanitawase in the centres. Moving Marky Mark to the centres seemed to be Robbo's preference last year.

Need to be up - defense wise FOR SURE.

                    Good luck Roosters.

He stands there most of the time anyway.
The only place for Pauga is on the wing.

Robert Toia' s diagnosis was a foot injury which could be anything - Syndesmosis , Ligaments , Fractures and or Breaks , Achilles - Not even the NRL Physio knows.

Had the feeling when they named 3 outside backs in the 18-22 and 2 in 18-19 they toia or toops must have been in doubt
                          that’s a blow
hopefully mark comes to centre and pauga on the wing
I’d do talau over pauga after trial form

We played B grade centres in the trials and got thrashed.
