Is it true that most Canberrans can’t swim?

                    • Beautiful day on the mid north coast, not sure what temperature it got to but it was very warm at the beach, clouded over and looked like it may rain but it didnt, had a nice light breeze back at accomodation in the afternoon so it was nice sitting outside with the resident cats coming up and curling up around our feet. Beautiful sunset when we leaving the club.

This is the weather thread. Please stick to topic. Whether I went for a swim or not it was still another stinking hot day. Also Lake Burley Griffin and certainly Lake Tuggeranong cannot compete with the beautiful beaches on the coast or in the Eastern and Northern suburbs of Sydney. We haven’t had sustained ridiculously hot weather like this for years. I can’t wait for the cool change.

Yeah the hot weather makes me a bit grumpy lol. Actually I’m quite comfortable relaxing right now with the aircon on.

I’ll get back to you when it cools down. Let’s say winter when it’s -2.

Hmm best not. Why can’t we just have a nice 22-24 all year round. Now that would be perfect.
