Standard summer’s day today. It’s supposed to rain but I think it will bypass us again.

All over the shop today weather wise, very cloudy at times and looking like rain, then the sun was out and became very humid, cloudy now and rain predicted tonight and for the rest of the week.

We had two big storms yesterday. One around 5pm and another around 11pm. Small hail and flash flooding. The fur child was beside himself. It’s been a much calmer day today with a cold southerly arriving a few hours ago.

Is it summer or autumn today? It’s 20 degrees and cloudy. And I haven’t had to use the aircon for a few days now. So I can’t complain.

Average day on the south coast. Strong SE wind and constant drizzle.

Ocean is a mess. Only surf option is Boaties at Bendalong. It's out of the wind and packed with tourist competing for waves. The Stingrays at Boaties are loving the visitors. Pilchards for breakfast lunch and dinner.

Full rain here now this afternoon along with some thunder. I'd make it to the junction and back within an hour and I've never seen NIL passengers waiting to get onto a 333 bus that had pulled up in the transit centre. I'd gone out at 7am to make 3 separate trips to different shops and to get my steps in and the wind was crazy. Now no wind at all.

Had solid rain here in St Peters from 12.30 pm till just before 2 pm but has stopped and is sticky and humid now.

The weather is so hit and miss here at the moment, half an hour ago it was pouring and thunder, now nice and calm with little bits of sun creeping through the clouds.

Yeah the weather is bizarre. No rain here today but it honestly feels more like April or late September than the middle of summer. I’ve been in a jumper all day!

Absolutely shocking wind and rain now outside..

Had the SES around last night, occupant in the unit block a bit further up reported she had water coming in through her light fittings in the kitchen, not sure what they have done as haven't been outside to have a look yet. Luckily the roof at our end of the building has held up, mind you we have water damage in the ceiling from really bad weather around two years ago or so. luckily the repainting is covered by insurance, just a matter of time till we get it done.

The sun is out on the south coast so a fish could be on the cards.

Cleared up nicely here too. Will go for a walk around 5pm this afternoon and then again at 5.30am tomorrow.
