I bought a pie maker online, not for pies but to make gluten free frittata and fritters, using eggs as the main ingredients. Our cafe at work has GF frittatas and egg pies. I had one of them on Thursday before the walk and it was delicious. I don't go into the office much, but I will get one when I do. You can also fry eggs in the pie makers.
Going to buy some more eggs this evening as I don't get them in the home delivery and I'll have a poached one for breakfast during the week.Comment

Making the chocolate variety of eggs for friends over the next couple of weeks for Easter. I bought the Cadbury chocolate blocks for half price. I'll make Roosters and horses also, plus 'bunnies'...yikes..doesn't count if they are chocolate and it's fun to bite their heads off anyway..
