I remember the omelettes my mother used to make when we were younger, always so nice with gooey Coon cheese inside ( yes i'm calling it Coon because that what it was called back then ) and tomato, they were a satisfying meal in them selves.. For the life of me i have never been able to perfect an omelette.

Yes, Bega is the cheese of choice in our household. The last time I had Coon was in the omelettes my mother used to make and thst was back in 70s .I cringe every time i walk past the Cheers cheese in supermarket.

Andy must be cutting back on his hours and going part time if he can only manage 14 hours.

Maybe if he ate some boiled eggs like The Boss, his stamina would improve..then he can pull an allnighter..now that just makes me want to post Montego Bay...happy Friday!
