Yahoo serious? Crikey, not sure if you are having a lend or just being nice. But I'd be the first to admit the content on here has been sticky in a downward direction for a while now. And thats being kind. I registered a Warren forum account a few years ago as I enjoyed its content and variety more, but also very rarely post there. Only problem is I'm not a Souths supporter! There's a Pride on there who swears he's not you.Originally posted by PRIDE View Post
I log in from time to time, but I don't post often, maybe because I go for Souths. But I like the footy talk on this forum so much now I go into and read the off-topic section.

I start with a banana bread and flat white in the morning.
During that day I'll try to milk as much outta my employer as possible by smashing those free Liptons teabags from the kitchen.
Sometimes I do a hot chocolate too as there's a big tin (and it's the good stuff too).
Haven't done it for a while but I get some solid gyokuro from Japan (friend owns a green tea shop and I get his highest graded stuff) and then steep it in cold water (aka mizudashi). That's awesome in summer... that or cold mugicha... as I can chug a big, refreshing cup.

Put the Christmas tree up , sh*t fight dragging the boxes out of the cupboard for it and re arranging the furniture to fit it in but now once its up and looking at it with lights and decorations on it it is truly beautiful, so glad we decided to put it up this year after not bothering last year.

OH Horrie !!!!!! I’ve just recently discovered the joy of Twinings Russian Caravan Tea and I’m about to make myself one now It really is lovely tea and is now my personal favourite. I also like the history of this tea and how it was transported from China to Russia via the Silk Rd many centuries agoOriginally posted by horrie hastings View Post
No word of a lie, i am brewing a nice pot of Russian Caravan tea, it’s a lovely tea from Twinings and prefer it over the English Breakfast variety any day.
Normally Mrs Walker is the tea maker here as she makes the best cups of tea ever but she is currently out so will have to make my own.

It's silly season now and the boss is away so I've been running amok.
This morning's 'tea' involved cooking up a shot of coffee in my 1998 stovetop Brikka and stirring in a cheeky shot of grappa from the old hipflask.
Lunch? Aperol spritz and a pizza in the sun. Definitely elite tea drinker status there...

Placed my fathers ashes into next to my mothers ashes yesterday in the Rose garden at Botany yesterday, beautiful spot, it actually felt nice that it was actually raining during the small ceremony. My sisters and i both quipped though my poor mothers peace will be shattered again now,

I've had 3 cups of Twinings Honeybush, Orange and Mandarin tea early this morning as that's all I could handle and now I've switched to the hard stuff this afternoon aka Lipton Black with raw sugar as it's really comforting."Never sacrifice your class to get even with someone who possesses none. Their karma will come and if you are extra lucky, you get to watch."
