Place spicy devil wings in the oven.
Steam some rice.
Heat up spice tailor butter chicken sauce in a pot.
Greek yogurt with fresh mint.

Serve in seperate bowls and assemble it yourself.

It's having all the elements seperate on the table and assembling the dish to your taste.

I like it this way as the devil wings stay crispy plus I like to drown my rice with the butter chicken sauce.

Missus likes less sauce as she loves the taste of plain rice. Ditto mother-in-law.

Bought a box of Coles Free Range brand eggs last month as so far 5 out 8 of the eggs have been double yolkers.

I forgot to post last mights dinner as I’m sure it’s of special interest to certain members lol. Sausage sandwiches, salad and potato slices cooked on the barbie!

I've cooked something similar recently. Bit of a Greek feel to it. Very tasty.
