Was licking my lips when i saw the Kingsley's fried chicken ads on TV down in the nations capital, looked good and crinkle cut chips too, have to try it on my next visit.

Home made pork schnitzels with home made sweet potato chips and salad.

Kingsleys chicken is ok but the chips are awesome.

Still keen to try it though, love a nice feed of fried chicken.

Have to admit even though i don't have it often, the quality of the old dirty bird KFC has improved overall at the venues i have been to locally, yesterday i had it for lunch at Marrickville Metro and got the burger pack which has a piece of chicken, usually you get a scabby drumstick with the deal but yesterday got a nice rib piece with plenty of meat on it, like wise about a month ago at the Darlinghurst store i got a whole breast piece instead.

Have enough pork schnitzel left over from last night for dinner tonight, will have with salad. Have some peri peri chicken wings to have before hand.

Mother in law stays with us on weekends. She has early dementia and loves Prawn Korma so I'll be peeling Prawns shortly.

We got some KFC on Melbourne cup day for the first time in a couple of years. It wasn’t as greasy as usual which was good.
