i watched a thing on vince lombardi recently and apparently he regretted saying 'winning isn't everything but it's the only thing'
Spread the support around and follow teams in other sports as well as I do - MLB - Atlanta Braves / NFL -New England Patriots / EPL - Nottingham Forest / AFL - Richmond Tigers for instance

Also the Junior and Senior Reps - I enjoyed watching both the Central Coast Roosters Andrew Johns Cup Team and the Sydney Roosters Indigenous Academy Tarsha Gale Cup team win their Grand Finals and respective comps including their games through out the season.

Folk get too wrapped up in a singular event especially when they have no say or control over what happens as you quite rightly point out.

It's only a game not life or death - there is another game next week ( unless having the bye ) and another comp next year if they don't win this year.

Collins was solid again. As Thirteen said to me at the game, been super consistent this season which was what he has been lacking over the last few seasons.

I used to bag him relentlessly but full credit to him, he has really turned things around.

Love me some Collins. I would like to see Sandon Smith get a run if walker isn't recalled.

He and Keary could be an interesting combination.

Last night proved how important it is to have a proper halfback controlling the middle around and just having some proper structure. I thought Hutch brought some of that but just falls short in other areas like defence, speed and lots of creativity.

I haven’t seen any of Sandon Smith. Worth a shot?

Felt like the Brown offloads were the blueprint for us. Second phase play prompted by the forwards offloading with the halves in support.

And that’s the reason you seem to be quite content with how the Roosters are playing at the moment. Never mind, one of the many teams I follow might be doing OK. Ironic that you call out many that are critical of our current situation as not being true supporters.

To me and many on here, our Roosters are everything and we care deeply about our club and no other. When you’re cut, what do you bleed? Roosters, Braves, Patriots, Nottingham, Tigers? Me…..just red, white and blue.

Kez was great. Gus was good and straightened our attack. I loved Browns Aggression.
