I have only today been able to sit down after that reaming, with little sympathy from all and sundry around me.
I was only comforted, slightly, by the funny walk of my old $ouff$ mate walking through the door with a similarly funny gate in his walk.
He too, apparently, was having trouble sitting down.

Will we give up on the Mighty Chooks? Um, not likely.

Whats wrong with table tennis, Zhang Jike is the Billy Slater of table tennis.

Then you have Wang Hao & Wang Liqin, what a combination.
Mate you dont know what you are missing.

Trouble is he couldn't use his Roids in Table Tennis.

Unless it was for batting off practice.

                      You know it makes sense.

I fully believe that we can lay ALL the blame on the heat for our complete thrashing by the Cowgirls. Besides its only round 7, who cares???

When we lose to the Dragons on Anzac Day it will be because the game is played on a Wednesday. The boys simply are not use to playing mid week. Heck its only round 8 it doesn't matter anyway!!

There are many very valid and legitimate excuses for our side when we lose such as; Too hot, too cold, rain, wind, refs, video ref, touch judges, daylight saving takes at least a month or 2 for our boys to adjust to, opposition's tactics, the opposition playing too rough, full moons which make the opposition more aggressive, no moon which is just off putting, playing day games the sun saps our energy, night games the lights are distracting, low tides have a mystical effect on our psyche, that time of the month, star signs - several of our players could have a bad horoscope reading for the day of the game, any away game basically as the opposition crowd fires up our opponents which is an unfair advantage and they also say mean things at our players which is plain horrible and gets you down plus the travel really takes it out of our boys even if the game is at Parramatta the traffic is a killer!!

BUT....please what ever you do, DO NOT place one ounce of blame on our players or the coach as they could not possibly have any impact on a poor result!!

Brian Smith is really got our club on the right track, he has our players coming along beautifully!! Just look at how players such as Pearce, Friend and Masoe are just totally reaping the benefits of Smith's outstanding tutelage!! Anasta is just thriving under Smith, playing the best footy of his career!! We would be complete idiots to not sign Smithy up for at least a further 10 years, heck we should try and break the record by having Smithy coach us for longer than any coach has ever coached a side!!!!!!

Also sign Mini up for a further 4 or 5 years, just like a fine wine he is getting better with age!!
The year 2013 marks the beginning of the Roosters next 'decade of excellence', and it will prove to be more successful than the last!

                        Here's looking at you, kid.

well i dont think its all the heats fault. at the start of both halfs the ref wanted the fast touch footy style play the balls, and then its eased the way back to a reality style play the ball. this is one possible reason as it give away meters in penalities.like in the 2nd min. see how quick he called release to the penality wistle.

second possibility . it is hard to be the third one up in a three mjan tackle. our 2012 tackle style is now 2 up stairs and a third down to chop the legs. (usually jwh or jake and arona) this takes 3 men out of play one running back during the play the ball and the other 2 not standing square at the marker possi. This tackling style we have addopted has led to alot more missed tackles. What i saw v cowards was alot of chest grab attempts, instead of the break you in half at the hips style.(like the guerrs one)

once the boys new we they stuffed in defence around 52 min (after the bosden disallowed try) we just shut up shot. like the commentators said the cowards forwards owned us..

The heat is a big reason why we lost.

Why, well it only became apparent when smith had is press confrence and said something along the lines of "it would have been more detrimental if they had of been up there longer".

                            BULLSHIT !!!!

they should have been up here on the tuesday like the cowboys, aclimatise to the weather and actually train in the conditions, not one 30 min training sesh on the friday arvo at 5.30pm.

The officials dropped the ball on this one and should have been up here earlier, we were on the back foot from the start !
