Rainbow Robbo's mind games, plus playing almost half the side out of their best position.

Sauulii, Manu, Keary, Sitilli, N Butcher, Hutch, C Allan and even Radley at hooker. No wonder they struggle with cohesion

I look at it in a different way as I see the effort being put in.

It's a game of repetition in both offense and defense and winning the yardage and field position battle is the key.

The terms they use is getting into the arm wrestle/grind as well as being disciplined ( high set completions/low missed tackles/ penalties and set restarts conceded etc)

From the outside the Roosters don't have as yet the mindset to play set for set footy and show the necessary patience to build their game over 80 minutes

For and example you are not going to score in every set of 6 in offense so your focus/mindset should be to get to the last tackle kick in every set in set for set footy.

Sure you will have line breaks and what not and score points but you need to still do this time and time again - the old repeat and repeat and repeat

One game to watch from last year to describe this is a Penrith vs Canberra game

Both teams where going set for set but as the game wore on you could see Penrith were gaining the upper hard in yardage and field position - Canberra struggling to get out of their own end and even with their kicks Penrith were back in the Canberra half on tackle 1 or 2.

You knew eventually Canberra would crack whether it be a line break by Penrith or an error by Canberra in offense - A Canberra player attempting a so called miracle pass and a knock on resulted - no need to attempt that pass though.

Even under pressure to make yardage your focus is still to get to your kick and work hard in defense

Well that’s all well and good… but we clearly can’t even do that… with the best list in league

So at what point is enough is enough? If we lose to a struggling Panthers side (relatively speaking) this weekend what will be your excuse for Robbo then? They can say what they like as who cares and not to blow my own trumpet as at least I completed the level 1 and level 2 League coaching certificates ARL conducted by the Wok Warren Ryan- Coached under 14's and 16's and assistant coach Western Suburbs Magpies Harold Matthews Cup sides for 2 years.

Still accredited so I can take over Robbo's job perhaps- accredited MLB Manager level and Pitching Coach as well so maybe Brian Snikter's role as Atlanta Braves Manager or Brian Kranitz Main Pitching coach - No way Brian and Brian your both a legend as World Series Winners but not Bobby Cox Level Yet

Accredited agent in Aus for MLB so have 5 nominated in the next MLB draft for 2024 - Hoping 2 get drafted

It does irk me the lack of football knowledge on here though and I will be better in this capacity to enlighten them
