Yep, been saying it for years. The solution is obvious and not like the current administration can hide behind not wanting to change rules or being cautious.
Stay down, have a rest get checked out. It’s surely a symptom of concussion. I was very surprised Murray wasn’t taken off when he stayed down having failed a HIA only 9 days prior.
He was groggy after that tackle, I was shocked he wasn’t forced to take a HIA. Officials in our game are corrupt.
