I feel your pain, a bit like going to Origin at Suncorp in a NSW jersey. I'm about to do it all again this year .... hope NSW can win this year.

They are a weird mob down here. Not one Storm fan was celebrating at all on the way home. So cold, emotionless & clinical and deathly silent. It was quite creepy to watch really. I'm so used to going back to the club on our supporters' bus or at least home on the 378 bus to Bronte with happy loud Roosters fans yelling and laughing etc..

Rod Lawrence was our video ref last week... first time I've ever heard him... poor guy is probably just incompetent might of been his first game because he wasn't named for any game from round 1-3 from what I saw and isn't named this week.

Harrigan was just interviewed on NRL Daily and Rod Lawrence has been stood down indefinitely. Harrigan blames himself for not coaching him sufficiently and takes full responsibility. I must say John Gibbs really gave it to Harrigan over the poor decisions.

My Uncle is a reff, has been for 40yrs or so, played also.

Today he said Lawrence reffed 1 1st grade game during the SL split.

I don't know if that's 100%. But if it is WTF are NewsRL doing employing a nuffy like that to such a vital position???

Then again they're well known for their jobs for the right boys policies.
