Why should we care if anyone gives a shit about our ‘crusade’.

You shouldn’t change your values because no one else cares, your values should be intrinsically important and not dependant on what others think.

Wow. I had a sense it was bad, but not that bad. That is statistically anomalous on the surface but I'd have to look deeper, i.e. ratio under other refs, who played, where played, etc.

I get the point you're trying to make. A question in return: what makes you think that even if the Roosters *attempted* to play for/milk penalties that the Roosters would *actually* receive them? While ever the pr1cks in pink have discretionary power and are not held to account by the game, the Roosters will continue to be on the wrong end of officiating.

Yes, it's very gay the way they rush in and lay all over each other, not that there is anything wrong with that.

Good point my Lone Rooster brother..we can barely get legitimate penalties..what makes people think we are going to get fake it til you make it ones?

We don’t lay down and milk penalties. This is a known fact, Robbo has taken the high ground and I support him and his crusade but nobody gives a shit, nothing has changed.
‘we miss out on so many penalties because we jus get up and play the ball even when in obvious pain because of a crusher tackle. Nobody cares,
Maybe it’s time to change tactics.
I don't get where the lying down correlates to lopsided penalty counts.
How many of the 8 penalties that Penrith got was because they lay down?
We are obviously refereed differently to other teams when it comes to dangerous tackles, not allowed to pass off the ground once the arm NOT carrying the ball has touches the ground, we make a ruck infringement that not even the ref knows what it is for and we are constantly inside 13 metres when defending.
I wonder how many bowlers Sutton has. Punting joke (NOT).

I think the point Robbo was making was that it was clear on the microphone that he and everyone else could hear the incompetent douchebag with the whistle was calling Yeo and Cleary back on side on a number of occasions, however was quick to blow the penalty when our players were either offside or offside form marker. He was also quick to give the six again without warning as well.

So he was coaching one team to do the right thing and allowing the other team to do the wrong thing........ He has a bias plan in his match preparation there is no doubt about that as that is the evidence.

Also, in regards to the sin bin. The rule states that they can only sin bin a player for a past incident for a reportable offense (i.e high shots & spear tackles etc.), not for any other offences such as holding back a player. That was clearly a mistake in which just shows that the referee(s) don't know their own rules. Simply, he wanted to get his moment on TV as both touch judges and Bunker did not relay any messages back to Sutton on Crichton so therefore how on earth did he see it? Replays showed there was really no contact, and in the Bulldogs vs Sharks game the exact same thing happen to Matt Moylan. No penalty, however when Cronulla questioned it the answer they got from Grant Aktins was that a player is allow to shoulder for protection on a kick through provided they do not hands and make contact with the other player.

                  That is the right rule.......

If you all recall this is the second time that this has happened to us so obviously as remember Ben Cummins on ANZAC Day 2016.

Until the NRL get serious and remove Sutton, Klein & Cummins from RL then it will be great again cause just remember they come from the Archer days where it was really screwed up hence the reason why they sacked him as he was getting referee's solely to target teams with players who were continually foul which was and still an embarrassment for RL as there never is and was consistency in the games. It continues to happen today as it only those referee's who are in the bad headlines.

If you actually look at our record with the other referee's in the NRL our record is pretty good and we are allowed to play our style of footy. Our players don't go on report so frequently and yet if we are doing anything wrong we are warned before we are punished for it.

Well said Nathan. I agree with you on the points TR was trying to make. Let”s see what comes of it today. It was another match against the pamfers in which a Roosters player was sent to the bin.

It would be nice if the Roosters were granted the first type, let alone the second eh? Won’t hold my breath.

It was ok back in the day when the chooks would just back there defence in any situation, we could get away with some undisciplined play....

                        Those days are long gone

I started this thread in a vain hope that Buzz or someone will read it and bring it up in main stream media.

As I have said I don't want us to change but I am just pointing out that it is hurting our results.

I honestly thought the NRL would take notice and make some rule to discourage players from taking a dive.

Nothing has changed, we continue to receive the least penalties.
