I had a 3 year old with me So I just laugh at it. Actually I have been doing that since 2008. Plenty of laughing watching My Roosters play

Isn't it just amazing what wearing red, white and blue does?!?!?

I've been told by other supporters that I have a "victim mentality" when it comes to the issue of the Roosters and penalties. There's no point arguing with them, even armed with stats which clearly show the "RWB Opposition Effect".
It does exist! Michael Crocker for example was referred to as a 'grub' in certain circles when he played for us. Put a Storm jersey or Souths jersey on him and all of a sudden he became 'The Enforcer'...

LOL, another aspect of The Effect I hadn't picked up on and now that you mention it I can think of two others ...
            1. The Roosters "poach" players while other clubs "sign" players
            2. Carntey is suddenly no longer visiting bars at all hours of the morning

                Is that for real??

Well I'm in shock. About time we got some acknowledgement from the officials that we were dudded by the refs in a game.

They were dropped because we won

                      1. Eggs are poached, not players. Funny how if another club does it, it's referred to as an 'astute' signing.
                      2. Carney is still probably visiting bars at all hours of the morning, but because he plays for our favourite scribe's favourite club, it's no longer newsworthy. Just like players in one team towns get away with all sorts of incidents because they close ranks around their own.

Just heard on NRL Daily that the Broncos chose to release Gerard Beale so that doesn't constitute poaching if a player is on the open market.
