I wonder if Brad Arthur can find the path to his dressing room when he gets back to Sydney?

I saw Reynolds crying in front of me after the game and yelled out 'WHAT ARE YOU CRYING ABOUT?!?!? GO SAY SORRY TO COOPER YOU GRUB!!!' He looked up at me with a pretty broken looking face.

What a load of rubbish.
We were beaten by a better team on the day...and except for Suaalii's foot on the line had a chance to win the game.
We were beaten by Addo-Carr, hardly a "Neville Nobody".
Beaten by Burton's boot...Burton, a premiership winner in 2021.
Beaten by Dogs' defence, some of Teddy's breaks would usually have resulted in tries.
Beaten by our own mistakes.
In the wash-up, with all our mistakes, including intercepted pass, try down the sideline, etc...we only lost by 4 points.
One of the top teams only scored 4 points in 80 minutes ...and had 35 scored against them.
The Dogs scored their 'up to 16 points a game'...but we could only manage 12 on this occasion.
So far I've watched the first ten minutes of the replay, score 0-0.
Sitili was very unlucky not to score a try from a good grubber by Walker.
Sitili scores that try, we win the game.

It still amuses me according to the media every time Easts lose it's an 'upset'

I'll add to is... no lob pass to Ado-Carr or two kicks failing to find touch (heck... even think of a situation where we nail 2 more conversions to level-up scores) and the Doggies are probably left scoreless, tired and get thrashed.
Sometimes footy goes that way! Unfortunately 2 weeks in a row we've made stupid errors early on, allowing teams to camp out in front of us on the scoreboard and (despite our best efforts), we haven't quite grabbed that winning try (though we've dominated the rest of the game).
It's hard to accept losses like that, but it's part of being a Roosters fan. We aren't an invincible team, even during our best seasons. We play footy... and we always win more than our share!

it wasn't a good week but it's early days. 4 from 8 means we're close enough if good enough. seems like both walker and manu had leg injuries and that wouldn't have helped and if you put the short turn around on top of the flu that went through the team then maybe it's the week from hell that we'll bounce back from.
