I know what everyone will say, he had nothing to do with the loss and there were way worse players but you just can’t pay that much for a centre. The reason he wasn’t the worst is that we have paid to much for him and let the rest of the team down.
Have a look at Panthers last night, with two. centre’s I have never heard of. Just powering over the other team.

Nothing against Manu, he could have had a great game, this will hurt us in other positions and give less opportunities to the outside backs.
You can’t pay an outside back big money and expect it not to come at the expense of the team.

I am not having a go at Manu’s game, I am just reiterating what I said last year.
Our team really only has Keary and Collins as an improvement from last year’s team but we have lost a ton of players.

I am NOT having a go at Manu, he did NOTHING wrong, but the team will be not as strong from paying him overs.

Disagree, his attacking output from centre last year was up there with some of the better fullback’s in the game. Much easier to find hard working forwards for cheap coin than it is to find players who can create points and finish off points for you.
