I know you havnt said it but some have but I cannot see Momirovski playing on the wing, he played centre in the winning GF team so I think he will be given first crack at No 3 centre. Ive wanted Billy Smith to come through the grades & develop into a top line centre & would still love to see that but I think he is behind Momirovsi. Suaalii is a what? FB, winger or centre, I dont know what Trent will do with him come Rd 1, I got a feeling he will give Naiqama first shot at the vacant wing spot.
With Verrills suspended I think Robbo will go with the strongest possible team which means Watson to 9 & Hutch or Keighran at 14.
Momo is a centre.
And our goal kicker.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Joey on the wing with a roving commission which we saw a bit of late last year. This would make the right centre roll a choice of Suaali/Smith really? But is there a difference where they can just swap and change. Momo is a pure centre in my books and not sure on Suaalis speed compared to other flyers.

Sam Verrills (suspension) will miss the opening game of the 2022 season.
Good side .......... but a glaring deficiency.........

I'm not saying that these following lads are of the calibre of JWH or TKO but we've got a few options that could fill in:
Renouf Atoni, Tuku Hau Tapuha, Naufahu Whyte and last but not least Daniel Suluka-Fifita ... but yes if JWH or TKO get injured (fingers crossed they don't), our engine room will be in strife !

Either way, the squad looks pretty tight.
Is it fair to say that 2022 is a "make it" or "break it" season for Billy Smith ?
I really feel for the kid but honestly he's had such shit luck ... I really hope he can get some runs on the board and play well but if there's more issues then I'm afraid it would probably be wise for him to hang up the boots !
