Penriths a good team because they are playing for each other. Remember rhe heart of this team have been together since the 18s. Thats one tight unit. Much like us and u20 boy who beat them in the gf in 2016.

It is obvious that you are impressed by statistics , and you comments about the Riff winning 17/18 regular season games last year with him in the side and 19/21 overall , shows you are good at research.
But guess what , I don't give a f#*k about your statistics, and I would not be impressed , even if they won 25 games out of 25 in the year with Cleary there.
That does not make Cleary a great player All the regular season wins may have something to do with the fact that the riff have a bundle of superstars in their team like Chrichton, Staines, Luai, Yeo, Kikau, Pangai Jnr, Burton, T'oo Capewell, Fisher Harris , Leota just to name a few.
If you read my post carefully, I said Cleary needs to prove that he can win 20+ games for the riff IN FUTURE YEARS when he hasn't got all this cattle available to him to make him look good. If half this squad disappear , and he can still keep the Riff at the top of the competition table I will give him the accolades.

3 converted tries from kicks and it's 18-0 after 20 mins.

To win finals games we have to cut down on our errors and get better organised on the 5th tackle.
One dropped ball, lost ball in a tackle could cost the game.

How do people even genuinely believe this stuff? Have you seen Penrith play without him? Every loss this year was without him, take Cleary out and Penrith haven't got shit. The guy is 23 years old and it's obvious by watching him that the guy is all class and will be all class for years to come, if you can't see it then you don't know football it's that cut and dry.

You could say "put him in a shit team" about every single player in our team, to see how good Manu is put him at Canterbury or to see how good Fittler was put him in the 02 Souths team. Put Trent Robinson as coach of the Bulldogs and see how good of a coach he is, such a ridiculous argument.
