Inconclusive captains call, ball stripped should have been penalty to us. Bunker corrupt as hell.

Literally two examples a minute apart of players making contact with the ball whilst trying to effect a tackle with no intent to strip.

        Roosters knock on
        Dragons try

So ****ed right before half time too.

Confused how Teddy's was a strip but the dragons one wasn't

That wasn’t a strip. Teddy had his hand on the ball but didn’t rake. The ball came out when Dufty tried to get his arm free.

OMG... chicken wing and a 3 man strip is now a knock-on. FFS...

The challenge is inconclusive my @rse. You saw what I saw bunker. Strip and chicken wing from a conclusive angle. Ref was wrong, bunker was weong and Ravalawa... you're supposed to be in the bin!!!

2 seconds later... Teddy apparently stripped. [Mocks the celebration mucic] ... blah blah blah [gas guitar version] blah blah blah blah.

WHAT A FIX!!!! You CANNOT just let a team do ugly tackles on us, strip the ball and play like BS. Don't reward it. Also, be consistent about what you call a 'strip'. Dragons used a leaver action plus pulled the arm back like a 'chicken wing' to make it go loose... Teddy wrapped his arm around the guy's waist to wrap his arm up and prevent an offload. I know which one I'd call a 'strip'...

How was Manu called a knock on not a strip but Duffy was? Gift 6 points by the ref to get dragons back in.

Don’t complain… we should be up by 20.. mistakes and il discipline are only keeping a shocking team in the game

Exactly ..ball went forward from Teddy's strip so knock on , no try .

Dead set, we'd get a sin-bin and 5 weeks for that. Arguably an 8 point try as it was a dog shot while Sitili was in the act of scoring?
Definite head shot. Can’t figure out why it wasn’t an 8 point try. Is this another fix by the NRL? We are way better. Only the ref and bunker is keeping them in the game. New instructions from NRL after all those thrashings seems to be to make games as close as possible.

                      • Wait, am I crazy? Can you conclusively say that was a strip attempt? Look like he was just trying to pull him back from the line.
Dragons extremely lucky to be at this scoreline. Straight up have played like a 20-point worse team. Their last tackle plays have been diabolical.

I think we've been very good all things considered, Unlucky for the game not to be basically over already.

                        • Too many errors in that half.
To win we need to complete our sets and keep the ball away from them.
                          And, stop falling for dummies.

                          • Dragons did a 3 on 1 strip, but it was all good because the Dragons player then let go of the ball.
                            Teddy on the other hand......

                            • We are missing that polish this season.
Missing B Moz in this respect.

Yep... it's the bunker rather than the refs as well. They're quickly starting to become my enemy.
                                - Ref missed the Dragons' strip so it went to the bunker. Incompetent but fair enough, we make mistakes...
                                - Ref called no try on the Dragons and had a bit of a chuckle... then the bunker (who had just reviewed the Dragons' strip where they were actively levering his arm backwards in a chicken wing motion to pop the ball out) called it a try.

Lame. Totally undeserved points for the Dragons in a situation where Ravalawa shoulda been in the sin-bin for his tackle on Sitili anyway (giving them no chance of getting the runs in the lead-up to their 'try').
