The alternative to signing a statement lying is just to tell the truth.

Being truthful would be admitting to there being other people at the party (if there were ofcourse), he hasn't done that either. He's just refusing to speak.

Kane scored I'm sure of it but was badly injured in the process. It was the 10 year reunion of the 2000 squad too. Yes 37,994 and Tony Archer was referee. Dragons got away with so many forward passes that day I called them St Forward Illawarra. I lost my evil eye bead on the walk home too..nuff said..

I only remember that after 4 games Stuart dropped him to reggies and the club released him mid season to the Cowboys- played off the bench in the Cows GF loss vs Wests Tigers.

Shows strength of character and wisdom not to sign a what...Statutory Declaration, legal document of another sort? if he believes what he's being asked to sign is not "the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, so help me God".
An avid Roosters supporter spent 2 years in prison for signing a lie on a speeding ticket legal statement...it might be remembered.
