My question is if two Saints players have decided not to sign a sworn statement regarding people outside the bubble being at Party at Vaughny’s, why aren’t all 13 players involved forced to sit out 14 days mandatory isolation for COVID protocols??

11 players have signed the document stating everyone at the party were in the bubble, yet 2 players think otherwise and have decided not to sign..

So doesn’t that cast doubt over all 13 players and who is lying and telling the truth?

Surely all players must go into 14 days self isolation as too much doubt has covered the incident..

If the facts are found to be at odds with that sworn statement, the careers of those 11 players are as good as over. Obviously, the two players who didn’t sign believe that there is something in that statement that is dodgy and rightly refused to sign.

So the NRL in its wisdom has created two parallel universes - in one, the bubble was not compromised and there is no need for quarantine; in the other, the bubble may have been compromised and so two of the thirteen players must go into quarantine.

It’s either completely illogical, or an experiment in quantum uncertainty. Schrödinger's cat is both dead and alive.

I think the fair thing would be any player who breaches the protocols are stood down for 14 days same as a player would be if they were at a place including in this case on a plane where there was a positive case.

That would clear all this up and be fair for all players and situations. Players who knowing breach the protocols are also subject to fines

I’m scratching my head as to how he is still a First grade Coach and don’t think it will be long before he is moved on from yet another Club!

Maybe if he had better players in the teams he coaches.
He's not the first choice coach of the Storm, Panthers, Souths, Eels, Roosters, Manly...he can only seek employment with clubs lower on the ladder.

Bradman Best is a good centre, but he's not as good as Latrell....for example.
Paul Green's coaching fortunes declined when his team of 2015 slowly disappeared... lost his job...is his replacement doing any better.
