Personally every week I don't see Suaalii in the 17 I am angry. Think he is all class already and deserves a spot, especially over Ikuvalu...

(Then again who cares what I think, I for sure know Robbo doesn't give a flying fk hahaha)

Suaalii has started each of the past 5 games and all in jersey 21. This is so they don’t have to patch up the unibet sponsor on the back of the jersey every week.
He will be starting again this week in jersey 21. It’s a matter of Smith vs Ikuvalu

Billy must have been working real hard to get picked. He is a goal kicker. Suali and billy next week together

I think a condition of us using him aged 17 is that he has time/space to do his HSC. Maybe just me, but I suspect he's got a class/study schedule he's gotta stick to and the NRL don't want us using him every week.

Last week was tough and Billy's keen to play after a looong stint on the sidelines. IMO it all makes sense.

I have a feeling that Josh Morris will be rested this week (for whatever reason) and Billy Smith will shift to left centre and pair up with Toops on the left (this was going to be his initial spot as Latrell's left centre replacement).

Joseph Suaalii will play at right centre with Matt Ikuvalu to play on the right wing.

May well. People attack Ikuvalu (for whatever reason) but his defence is pretty solid. TBH I find it quite odd that people attacked his ability under the 'high ball' against the Riff as most of their kicks were well placed grubbers from back rowers and centres (who had numbers so it was always 3-on-1 with his only option being to tap the ball dead... I mean sure it'd be great if he could take the grabbers off the first bounce and run 30m against the Riff... but who can do that? [Hint: not even Teddy]).

I hear ya buddy but it looks like Josh has been off his game in the last few rounds, he really hasn't been "firing on all cylinders" for a while now. Maybe he's battling an undisclosed injury ?, contemplating retirement ? or he's missing Brett being around ... who knows but he's definitely out of form.

Like I said ... "I have a feeling" it's just my personal opinion/prediction and nothing else ... odds are that I'm probably going to be wrong lol !

Yes, but the whole team havent been firing on all cylinders either. The crap the boys have been dishing up lately doesnt lead to hope.

100% no doubt. Wish we could pin-point the issue(s) but really who knows ? Salary cap and contract issues may be distracting ? or perhaps the outside noise of players leaving (potentially) is causing some disturbance ? too much pressure and expectiation from our halves ? lack of leadership or guidance ?

Whatever it is... something isn't right and this year is looking like our worst year since 2016.

                        Covid?
                        Changing of the guard?
                        Old legs?
                        No beer?

I think we need to resign everyone off contract for stability after the Boyd, Bmoz and Friend retirements.
We need Keary and Collins back on the ground.
The cheese and a 2nd rower as Stilli aint for me, but perhaps Im judging him on Cordners shadow?

I like Sitili but as a bench player. 30 min where he can go as hard as he likes and gas himself

Billy Smith is still showing as off contract at the end of 2021 - I thought i read or it was posted on this site that he was re-signed for 2 years ?
