the bulldogs game's a chance to right the ship a bit. interest around who robbo picks at 5/8. when teddy comes back i'd like to see the backs -

    teddy
    toops
    jmoz
    joey s
    smith
    joey m
    sammy

    so this week i'd go

joey s (give it a go)
    toops
    jmoz
    smith
    iku
    joey m
    sammy

but doubt robbo will go with that

Good goal kicker, he should be five-eighth.

        "hutch" Hutchison is 26, 187cm, 97kg.
Good kicker in general play, he should be halfback.

"iku" Ikuvalu is 27, 184cm, 100kg, he should be right wing.

"teddy" Tedesco is 28, 184cm, 95kg, he should play fullback.

"toops" tupou is 30, 196cm, 105kg, he should play left wing.

        *****

Sitili should be on the bench and come on after our big forwards have trampled the opposition.

Verrills ( tackle efficiency 95%) should play hooker.
        Starting props...SST, JWH

        Lock...Radley

        2nd row Chricton Baker

        Bench:

        Liu Whyte Sitili Tapuha
Should we release Walker? He's never going to be big enough to fit your requirements for a team of monsters. If they put him on steroids he might reach 85 kilos tops.

It's a shame. I thought he had something to offer the team. But apparently he's not even up to playing the worst team in the NRL...

We're in a hole at the moment. Any win would be good.

It'll probably be Hutch and Lam with Keighran on the bench as a utility.

Manu to fullback. Robbo to persist with Lam, unfortunately

get rid of the shit little grubbers within the 10m - offering a repeat set ....no skill in that ...that should get rid of a few dropouts and teams defending for a no skill kick...

Hopefully Radley and Marshke play to boost the woeful defense

Bring back the 70's Peardy bomb near the post I say - I often wonder the actual benefit of the grubber in goal for a repeat set in having to bring the ball all the way back again to be in the same position with of course the possibility of a knock on , loss of possession in the new set or the opposition gaining possession via a short line drop out.

Watching the Storm game (and games before) I noticed how little pressure we put on opposition kickers, barely any challenges. Storm on the other hand made our kickers sweat on every kick. Disappointing to see a good def set of 6 and then a good kick put us on the back foot.

Our kickers get bashed, smashed and trashed after they've kicked the ball, on a regular basis.
Tackled in the air a lot...no penalties.
It's a wonder Lam's head and legs are still attached to his body.

We dont put pressure on anymore because we're too tired after repeat sets defending all the time.
Our attck has suffered too as we're farked (fatigued).

Ikuvalu built himself up...Walker can too.
10 kgs of muscle would do wonders for Walker.

We had Teddy, Gus etc last game, and had zero points in us.
                              We had nothing.
Poor kicking game, poor attack, poor defence....and that was after the special mid season camp.
