Tommy Turbo, you could name him at prop and he do a job there plus come up with his game breaking plays bobbing up at centre on both the right and left as well as his second fullback efforts.

I'm loving the Teddy, Turbo and Latrell show in origin and long may it continue....
Turbo is probably the freakiest footballer in the game at the moment, he actually did the work of a prop numerous times last night, no dirt in his game, and seems extremely humble too.

He deserves to stay injury free and see if he can actually drag manly deep into the finals.

    • I really enjoyed watching the NSW backline cut loose like that. It was absolutely superb footy.

A bit sad seeing Latrell carve up in the centres. He is still the best centre in the world. He isn't a fullback's arse. Anyway, all we can do is watch the 2018/2019 GF and think about what could have been.

Last season's series loss was an anomaly. I wouldn't be surpassed to see NSW winning the next decade straight.

Yes I was miles off...just never a fan of playing guys out of position in big games.

Thought Lattrell would be exposed as he looks unfit too, but surprised the hell out of me last night. Didn't think he'd ever hit the heights again coming out of the Souths culture. Good luck to him.

The biggest surprise was how he actually backed up so much.

              100%.

I said to someone this morning that last nights game should have been game 3 12 months ago. Just took a bit longer to happen. I reckon they will whitewash the series by some fair margins. I also agree on the next 10 years. Not that they will win 10 series straight but they will be the dominant side over the next decade. That thinking comes not only from how good the future looks for NSW but because QLD don't look like getting any better with what they have available now and into the not too distant future. Sucks to be a QLDer for once!

              • not a great start for paul green in origin. seems a long time ago that he was one of the most promising coaches. still, they'll be tougher at lang park and maybe he turns it around

Don’t forget they have young guns in Walsh, Grant and Sammy to develop alongside KP with a young pack - Fifita, Collins, Tino … should be some great clashes in the upcoming years.

                  • Qld will have Papali’i and Ponga for game 2, plus Welch for the whole game (presumably). Suncorp will not be a walk over.

                    • I thought Latrell was best on ground closely followed by Luai then To'o. Teddy & Tom weren't far behind them.

                        • I thought the ref was good.
He normally loves getting his mug on the big screen and despite the large amount of 6 agains for Qld, he was barely seen. Well done
                          ..it’ll be interesting to see

You keep throwing out those lures but not too many bites.

                            • I felt like a scorned lover watching and cheering on Latrell.

He is amazing. There were some geniuses on that field for NSW, but he stands tallest as the most naturally gifted footy player of his generation imo.

I almost forgot just how much I enjoyed watching him in full flight as a fan.

Why oh why did he have to leave for that putrid immoral cesspit of a club.
