Having Keary on the right edge will be massive for Tupouniua & Manu, two players in the past who have had a habit of falling in and out of games.

What we don’t want to lose in the process though is that left edge combo of Morris & Tupou. This is where Lam will need to excel over the next few rounds if he wants to hold onto his position in the team. With Crichton back in the team this week the new left edge needs to start working on their combinations and offering us some variety in attack.

A bit of a waste for a player of his calibre.

However in the last 2 weeks it is clear that he has been looking to get heavily involved in attack, coming in occasionally at first or second receiver and the team is benefitting massively as a result. I hope it continues and this helps to take some of the pressure off Keary and Lam in attack.
At times I have called him a bludger who was good for a flashy flick pass or two. His involvement has shown what skills he has and the team is much better for it.

I don't think he's cut out for either of those positions. Definitely not fullback. For me he's an out and out centre, and a great one. Straightens the play beautifully. Had options inside and out for that first try.
