Lam played his part and will only get better with time and experience - not sure what people were expecting of him today. Nitpicking comes to mind

no he doesn't play smart all the time. he sails super close to the line, but what was the stat rolled out in the 18 gf, something along the lines of he didn't play 4 games, we lost all 4, so when he plays we win. dont quote me on that.

on the charge itself , it appeared something upset him and he lashed out with the elbow ?? not sure he connected with much or did any damage , but he is jwh ,so he will probably be suspended for farting during game time. seemed overly harsh to place him on report, penalty suffiecient imo. but im a chooks fan.

is that what we are looking for in our 5/8th? i think he ran into another player during an attacking set, dropped the intercept, i understand i am coming across hard here and i def dont want to be the giy who just shoots down everything he does. ill admit i did watch our halves closely today because i wanted to view the new combo. i thought keary was amazing, but he seemed to do it all. sorry but i expected more from lam , maybe it is my fault that i had lofty expectations.

again i do not really want to be the poster death riding a young player, so ill stop now. i hope lam plays a lot better next week.

He uses the forearm as a bumper bar so one figures it will be a charge - Dangerous Contact other or head /neck - depends on the grading how long he could miss as these have no fines plus he may also have carryover points

It’s round 1 people, not everyone is going to have a blinder. Lam needs a little time to find his feet. It’s not like he’s an old hand at this, and he hasn’t played much footy for a year.

The scoreboard today will help our for and against numbers, especially later in the year, as the top 4 looks a tight affair this year. Especially considering our goal kicker issues.

maybe to early to say this ...but looks like the same suspects will be thereabouts ...storm, panthers, chooks, expect canberra will put a few on tigers tomorrow, souffs showed glimpses thursday and find it hard tp believe they wont improve.

maybe ...i'd like to think not. i'm aware and have admitted i have been pretty hard on him tonight, so yea i hope he is better next week is all. in saying that , when you are paid to drive the truck , drive the farken truck.
